Can anyone tell me how to cut a clerestory out of a pitched roof so that at where the walls and roof meet, there is a line in 3d and on the elevation. In other words, what is the best way to cut walls into a roof so that where the slope meets the wall, a line shows up?

once you join the two surfaces you should get your line
