Unfortunately, in the heat of the moment, deleted all the instances of dimensions I've worked on for te past couple days.
The local file has already been saved to the central file...is there anyway to override this deletion?
There are two people working on this project, the other person can still see my dimensions, but hasn't yet reloaded the latest just in case we could use his file to override my error. PLEASE, ANYTHING WILL HELP!

Maybe a little late, but a couple of options.
1. Does the "undo" command work?
2. Have the other person who has not STC'd duplicate their view with detailing (might get view lock error)
3. Open up a "backup file" as "detached" from Central and copy/paste the dimensions back into your view.
As last resort, you can always simply place new dimensions into the view. Not pleasant but at least you know they all report the correct dimensions (no over-rides in Revit!)
