i have a big-box project with a "flat" roof. we are sloping our framing, and tapering the ledger to achieve our "crickets". the problem is i originially modeled the project with the "hipped-roof" feature when applying slope arrows at the extents of the cricketing. however, i need the ridge-line of these warped zones to be sloped as well. (i am sloping from a grid line to the building perimeter, but the ridge line needs to be a certain height above the roof drain to achieve the minimum 2% roof sloping throughout.).
long winded question summed up is: is this possible to create all these custom slopes on a 'flat-roof'? or is it best to create 2-D linework (with filled regions to hide info) to more accurately represent the top of sheathing heights in building/wall sections?

Perhaps you could use "roof by extrusion" to acheive the roof profile you need using linework then extrude that profile shape.
Just a thought.
