One of my students would like to generate a conical roof over a round wall section in his house. Does REVIT 9.0 have the capability to do this? If so, can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks

Easy. Use Roof by footprint. Draw a circle and set it to be slope defining Set it segmentation to 0... There you go.

Wow, do I feel stupid. I didn't know you could set it to 0. I always made a mass and converted it to a roof. Thanks again Mr. Spot

On the subject of "surface patterns will not show on a curved surface in revit." I have had several different experiences where I can see the surface pattern using model patterns on a wall with a raduis but found that when I applied these surface patterns to elements in a sweet it seems to disapear. Any explanation, please anyone.
