i want to remove unwanted loaded family becos to reduce the file size....any body knows out there ??????

purge the revit file...that will take off everything not used in the project..and a huge reduction in space too...

Go to File-->Purge Unused...
Then select what you do or don't want to purge. I always deselect curtain wall mullions cause they can cause issues if you need them back later.
