I saw a thread about quoin corners. Unfortunately it didn't work so well. I'm hoping someone can help me with the concept of making a wall based quoin corner family. Is there any way to make it parametric? Is there really any way to make it so it wraps around two walls that are perpendicular to each other. I don't quite have the concept of how to make a family to wrap around like this. I'm hoping someone can help me. I will gladly post it to the family explorer.

basically it attaches to one wall and you have to position it at the corner.  I will attach the simple one I used.  You could add more parameters too it easily enough.

Sometimes I find Parametric designs more troublesome than they are worth, but I guess that is because I haven't spent enough time working out the bugs.

For my complex stucco designs, i.e. window sills, banding, keystones, etc., I always just create in place families, because that allows me the maximum amount of flexibility.

I guess I need to hit the books again on parametrics!
