I am 15 years old.. and I have to do my entire school in Revit It needs to look similar to the school in 3D. This is for a school project, I need to finish this is 20 weeks. Should I create levels and just start drawing walls?

I am not sure if you have any drawings but if not you will have to do a horizontal and vertical survey. You always start by setting your levels and then move on to chosing or creating Wall and window types to correspond to the existing. This is best done by modifying existing families but don't forget duplicate first so as not to change the original. Dont be afraid to experiment. That's what the undo command is for and what's more important, have fun.

I have the plans for the school with dimensions. I finished creating the levels. I downloaded the families I need from revitcity but I am not able to load them for some reason. To start off, I was thinking of putting a 1 foot deep foundation concrete wall for the outline of the school. Then, I will put in the exterior walls, then identify the floor and start working on the interior walls. I havent figured out how to do roofs yet, but its going to be a long time till I get to that

If you are located in Southern California you can drop by my school. We are using Revit and can probably give you enough ammo to use Revit to complete your project. Sounds pretty challenging...!
