Is there any way to show only the total counts and names without listing the instances in a schedule?

Try unchecking the "itemize every instance" box on the schedule sorting and grouping tab. Tom

That didnt work. Apparently you must show at least one feild in order to have a schedule

Just a suggestion - Have you tried to create a calculate value field and then use the "hidden field" for the other fiels you don't want to see.

Yes I am currently doing just that. If there is a formula that will make it so that I do not see all the rooms at once I would like to know this. The schedule shows all the rooms. I would like to show just the Room Type and total not the instances.
