I downloaded the window AC at the family explorer strange this is though it doesn't
want to come out on the elements pull down menu. Has anyone found a fix for this
I'm kinda new it maybe that theres a different way of inserting it. pls help

I may be picking you up wrong,
but did you
download a family form revitcity and now its not showing in one of your projects.
if so did you load it into the project once you downloaded it to your libary.
