Can you link mechanical Revit Systems sheet numbers and titles into the architectural title sheet - or - can you link the architectural sheet numbers and titles into Revit Systems based title sheet?

When you're in the View Properties of your Drawing List/Schedule go to the Fields Tab and check the option that says "include elements in linked files." I haven't tried it with a Revit Systems linked file, but it shouldn't be a problem. Post edited on 2006-09-29 23:22:45

Is there a way to link only the sheet information?  It is impracticle to link an entire project only for the sheet information.

RevitCity:  I really had to search for Submit button!!!

When you link in another Revit project you can turn off any user created worksets in that project.  If you turn off all of the user created worksets that should accomplish what you're looking for.
