In India, normally we do the Load Bearing Structure of small Residential buildings, in that building we use to do the Continous Lintel at 7'0" level in above Brickwork. Now i m facing problem how can i create the Lintel Beams and How can i create 2'0" wide Sunshade above windows & openings.

You can customise your window families to include a lintel beam although you possibly can't schedule it. Normally you shouldn't over complicate the Revit Project file, try to get away from creating too many necessary 3D object that you wouldn't see. Lintel for example is what I would classify as neccessary becasue you can shown the lintel in a detail drafting view or section view add a 2D detail component. Otherwise you'll end up with big file.
You can create a window shade using metric generic model wall base. It'll snap the object to a wall.
