When I print sheets, the titleblock is not centred on the page. the border on the right side is always cut off. Is there a way of shifting the titleblock over so that the whole titleblock will be seen.

I have seen this problem before. Check a few things;

Verify that your titleblock is the correct size.  It should be the full size of the paper size you are using. ex. Arch D 24x36.

On the print settings make sure that you are chekcing the box that says zoom /reduce and make that 100%.  you will have to make this selection in the printer properties as well as the settings setup at the bottom left of the print screen.

I have made my own templates ranging from A0 through to A3 and am finding it difficult to centre the plot. I have tried the 100% scaling and checked the printer scaling and the sheets in question are still of centre. When i click centre polt and fit to page the sheet appears but obviously at a reduced scale - help Revit is beating me... ahh

Don't use fit to page - use 100 % if your sheet size matches desired print size.

Does your sheet family have an invisible line at the sheet limits?  This invisible line is used by Revit to define the print limits.
