I found a asphalt shingle pattern, on this site, I want to use on my model. I'm trying to load it in the Materials dialog box, accessed through the Element Properties dialog box. When I click on the Model botton in the Fill Patterns box, it automatically starts loading some generic pattern over and over. I have to cancel and get out of that box, or it won't stop. What is going on. I've loaded patterns before and have never experience this problem before. Thanks

Sounds as though you have a lot of loaded DWG model patterns that are generating previews. It seems as though its never going to stop regenerating, it will... When it does delete the unwanted model patterns that have been automatically created from imported dwg's. HTH.

That was good insight on your part, Mr Spot. I picked up this job from a friend who is not able to complete it. He imported his AutoCAD sheet files. I had to replace them anyway, so I got rid of the sheet views and than patiently deleted all those ACAD patterns. Thanks again, I got another insight into how this software likes to work. Oscar
