I am looking for addition accurender material patterns. Specifically one of standing seam metal roofing. Does anyone know where I can get this or a tutorial on how to create it?

There are a number of places to look.
First start off at www.accustudio.com which has a material library for Accurender that works with Revit. They also have tutorials and links to other image resources.
You can also to a Google search for "seamless textures" and see what you get.
