When I am creating a new family - say a toilet - I will make an annotation symbol of each 2D view (plan, front, and side elevation) then nest each of theses annotations into a family. From there, I 3D model the toilet in the file with the 2D annotations so a user can plug all the 2 and 3D information into a drawing. The 2D annos are kept for quick 2D studies and production. My problem arises when I start to load anything that is an annotation into a project or family. The scale of the 2D drawing increases dramatically every load. What can I do - if anything - to keep the scale of my 2D annotation symbols the same?
Thanks

Use Detail Components instead of Annotation Families. Annotation Families are deliberately designed not to scale.
