Can anyone please tell me in a straight forward way what format an ACAD drawing has to be in in order for it to project a 3d image of the toposurface. cheers

AutoCAD polyline contours with each line set at it's own elevation works. You can also have AutoCAD points set at the right elevation but I've not done that yet.
