Does anyone know how to create a four sided mansard roof. Easy with two sided I just used extrude. But have tried several ways to create 4 sided without any luck.

You'll need to create the mansard roof in two pieces.
One for the two different pitches of the roof. No of sides will not make a difference if you use roof by footprint.
You can then join geometry on the two roofs.

hey.. is there anyone who knows how to create a roof like those in greek islands?
there 's an example

Quite simple really. Do it as mass revolve then use roof by face.
