How do I turn off the first floor lines in the second floor plan???

Right click somewhere on the drawing, click "view properties" and then go to UNDERLAY and remove the first floor callout, reseting it to "NONE". If that doesn't work, it probably means the plan's "view depth" is set below the plan line.
