I created my sidewalks and paved surfaces by splitting the topography. When I render, my sidewalk shows as a flat floating plane (see attached image). Is there a way to correct this, or do I need to created a conc. curb using the wall command? Any help would be appreciated

Hi fromagnon, What you've said is one solution to the floating sidewalks, probably an easier one is to model them as slabs. Your site appears to be flat so this would be ideal, and would make modeling curbs easier aswell. Actually, could you model them as floors so you could use the 'floor slab edge' hosted sweep to create the curbs? Just a thought, let us know how they turn out!

yo can aslo edit your topography and add more point in, and use them to fill the gaps by giving them a lower elevation hight, i'v used this method successfully in the past.

fromagnon nice render. How did you apply the brick header courses around the doors?
