We are working on a building that has a hip roof. The building has a simple rectangle footprint, and the roof has 9/12slop for both long sides and 5/12, for the short sides of the rectangle and also 2' overhang all the way around. But as you can see in attached picture the hip is not at the corner and it's because of the different slopes that we have. Is there any way to fix this problem? Is there any way that we can creat a hip roof with different slopes? Any directions would be greatly appreciated.

Don't use pick walls on 2 of the sides. Instead use lines<pick<offset line. When you have done this use Align eaves under pick walls. I have just tried a roof with 21° & 15°. Not a problem.

Although this thread is a few years old, it still seems to be an issue in RAC 2008.  Has anyone figured out why the pick walls command gives a different result than pick lines?
