I have drawn an existing building (to be modified in parts) and would like to know how to change the properties of the window glazing so that it is transparent, as it is in windows inserted while they are in the 'new construction' phase. At the moment they are not transparent, is there any way to change this, and why are they not transparent in the 'existing' phase?

Hello,
It should not make a difference what stage of construction you are in, in the program. Try to select a window, go into the properties of that window and select the edit/new button and review the materials and finishes parameter. it might say glass, or something elese. you have the ability to go select the word glass and get a drop down window and open the materials window, try changing the material on the name side, or go to the left and find the accurender box and select the down and it will take you in to a different stage of materials. from there you would open the accurender folder and choose the glass folder. from there you have a whole range of glass colors and shades. Try that. and i hope it works for you.
Good Luck.
