I am attempting to create a SCALABLE axonometric view of an interior room. Similar to the way it is done by hand hand - where the plan is rotated 30/60 degrees and then everything that rises up vertically is accurately scalable.
Using the basic 3D view appears to be correct and you can "set" the scale like other drawings BUT it does not appear to be true to scale. I assume this is actually the case (that the view is not to true scale) because the tape measure tool is ghosted when you go into 3D view.
Any thoughts and suggestions on how I can create this "old school" drawing are greatly appreciated.
Also, I am going to try and export the model to cad and see if I can do antything in there.
Thanks
Boyd j.
