Steve1959 active Joined: Mon, Jul 18, 2005 34 Posts No Rating	Just learned a bit about subcategories. I understand they are easly applied to families that you create. Can I apply them to something like a floor. I do my footings as floors but have trouble with visibility. Need to turn the footing off but leave the other floors on. Thanks Steve.

dduarte active Joined: Wed, May 31, 2006 44 Posts	We do our footings as walls. Floors are system families and you can't add subcategories to systems families yet. You might be able to use Filters and if not filters you can use worksets to control the visibily of your footings.
