IS THERE A WAY TO CONVERT MODEL LINES TO DETAIL LINES.
I HAVE A BEAM SCHEDULE I BROUGHT IN FROM AUTOCAD. THE LINES ON THE SCHEDULE WERE BROUGHT IN AS MODEL LINES.

I assume you imported the Autocad file and exploded it. Try importing the Autocad file "current view only" then exploding it.
On another note, why not just link in the Autocad file and leave it as a linked file? When you explode an Autocad file in Revit, each one of those lines gets a unique id. It will increase the file size and slow down the program.
