CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO CREATE STAIRS LIKE THE ONES SHOWN ON THE LEFT IN THE ATTACHED FILE? I WILL WANT THEM TO BE WOOD FRAMED.

I tried to download your file - i did but then it wouldnt open, it said it had too many bytes....?!
Try again with a smaller file or explain it :D

You'll need to create it as 3 separate pieces in order to make it show as timber framed.
The 2 risers and the u-shaped section will be one,
The square landing will be a floor
and the riser at the door way will need to be another stair.
HTH.
Either that or just model it in place. Its only small and you'll probably achieve what you want quicker modelling in place.

This stair is constructed of only one stair object. If you like the result, then download the corresponding Revit file with the following link and take a closer look at it, everything is in there for real (2.424mb);
