My engagement suddenly dropped, and I suspect it’s tied to recent changes in my connections. I didn’t track anything at the time, so now I’m stuck guessing what happened. It’s frustrating not having a clear timeline. I feel like I need a better overview of past activity. How can someone trace back changes in their audience without prior preparation?

It’s super annoying when engagement drops and you have no logs to check. Without prep, your best bet is to dig into basic insights to find the exact day it tanked and match it with your content from then, maybe a weird reel or just bad timing. Also, check if your posts still show up in hashtag searches; a shadowban is quiet but lethal. If you want to fix things and pull in new followers, check out the tactics in this https://www.urdesignmag.com/5-tactics-to-grow-instagram-followers/ to breathe some life back into your profile. At the end of the day, you just need to find that breaking point to avoid making the same mistakes again.
