It’s strange how choosing a simple online tool can turn into a whole maze of doubts. Recently I was trying to settle on a platform to organize my side projects, and even though most services advertised similar features, the real difference became obvious only after actually trying them. At first everything looks promising — clean pages, a list of functions, examples of how people use them. But once you dive into real work, something always feels off: the layout is confusing, or the tool behaves differently than expected. It made me wonder why this process ends up being so complicated even when the products look nearly the same on the surface
