I got this model / project from a client, but when I open it, its all grey. not selectable or anything. not pinned, etc. Ive never seen this before too. been working with Revit since 2009.
this is a 2021 model.
this is not a phasing issue. I simply cant select it. its not a linked model. Im simply not sure how to proceed working with this.
does anyone have any suggestions?

It might be a Sketchup model inported into Revit.
