I have a customer that requires "D" size plots for his final drawings - 1/4" scale. He also requires a set on an 11" x 17" sheet size @ 1/8" scale. He says he'll copy anywhere from 60 to 150 sets of the 11 x 17 to get preliminary bids from all his subs. Do I clutter up the project browser with two separate title blocks: "D" size and "11x17" and duplicates of all my views so I can pull 1/8" scaled images onto the smaller title blocks. I can see the browser getting "overloaded". Is there a better way????

one possible work around would be if your D size title block is designed to be 34" x22" and the view scales are 1/4" =1'-0" then all you have to do is print them half size and they will be 17" x11" and the scale will be 1/8" =1'-0" HTH

You can also organize the project browser so that it doesn't show all of the sheets at once, or group them into collapsable groups.

Thank you. I should have thought of that. I think that just simplified my life. When I open my pdf files they all look proper. I'll have to wait and see if my client gets what he's looking for on his end. As long as they plot to a 11 x 17 sheet size they should be ok. Any thoughts?? Also I'm looking at a used HP750 plotter for plotting "E" size sheets. Retailer said I could nest the plots and have 11 x 17 sheets plot out next to each other on 36" wide paper. Any experience with that. I want the capability to plot 11 x 17 and 24 x 36, but don't want to purchase to plot devices at this point. If you have any comments on this, I'd be very interested. Thanks

Thank you H Jacobs. If I still have issues I'll look into your suggestion
