Change the 'View Scale' in the View properties..and try again..you might see them bigger.

I just fixed that problem with my program today!  You must go into your Revit.ini file.  Double-click on it and it should open in notebook.  Find the [graphics] line. (if there is not one, then type one in).  Underneath that line you need to type,"TempDimFontSizeInPoints=24"  The number refers to the size of the text.  24 works for me, but I have a 42" screen.  Maybe try 16 becuase Revit starts in 8.  Save the file and then restart Revit.

I actually have two revit, ini files and I had typed that in both.  That worked for me.

I have a question in return:

My tape mesure diminsions are set to 1/256 and are so all dimension attributes.  How can I change them to 1/16 or 1/8?  My project units are already set to 1/16 and it seems to do nothing for this problem.  I have been looking all over help and all over AUGI, Autodesk, RevitCity and such like and have not found a solution.  I would really help my tim in reducing fractions that we never deal with in real life. Thanks
