i'm trying to get this formula to read the area, but i'm not sure what i need to put in the formula to get the area to show up when there is a number 1 in the schedule under a certain apartment unit.. see attached image with formula

if(BHC_APARTMENT TYPE NUMBER EQUIVILANT = 1, 1 SF, 0 * (Area * 1))
