MY WALL IS SITTING ON THE FLOOR JOISTS WHICH ARE SITTING ON THE FOUNDATION WALL (PLATFORM FRAMING). HOW CAN I EXTEND THE SHEATHING AND EXTERIOR FINISH DOWN TO THE LEVEL OF THE TOP OF FOUNDATION WALL?

Select wall
go to properties
edit/new
edit structure - bottom of properties will expand w/a bunch of selections
go to preview
view: section
select modify
zoom into the bottom of your wall
select the layer you want to change its length
unlock it
you should see at least two blue triangles
OK,OK, OK
go back to building wall section where condition occurs
select wall to modify
you should see the blue triangles
just drag it down to top of wall
that's it
