Recently we started a project, mostly being created by (2) new Revit users. Suddenly the project file crashes when we try to plot some of the views and some of the sheets. We have tried to create both a Revit PDF and sending directly to a HP laser without success. They also noticed that some of their work on the model is gone. Things like a millwork family & sections curtain wall. We are going to try to go to some older backups, but any suggestions on what could be causing the file not to plot? Any suggestions on how to fix the file?

Definitely sounds corrupt to me. Are you using worksets? If so, open the central file and do a save as (new central file option) and then adjust all the local files to link to the new central file and try again. Can't say i've had the same problem exactly so not sure if that will work.
