Hi!
I have to demolish cover concrete from existing columns, tie rebars, apply a chemical coating and pour new concrete according to new (increased) size.
How can I model the column cover concrete demolition in revit?
Voids not working with phasing.

I think this is something I would not model. Handle it in the details.

I thought modeling it might make it easier to prepare bill of quantities (BOQ)/ BOM. But yeah, a better approach for preparing IFC would be as you said, just to handle it in details.
Thanks mate.
