What is the best way to do multiple evacuation plans in Revit? I was going to use the design options however it will not let me put lines and text in design options. I have to do 20 plans for each floor so I was hoping not to have to make different plans and sheets.

Part of your question does not make sense. >> "I was hoping not to have to make different plans and sheets." << How would you show the different views you need?
Simple copy your base plan view as a new view and keep it under a new folder that you might call exit plans. Now add your text and linework to these new views.
