I get a little frustrated that when I put the plans onto sheets, the reflected ceiling plan (RCP) has exactly the same title as the floor plan (e.g. 1st floor plan) instead of saying "reflected ceiling plan 1st floor" or something like that.
How do I change the title of the RCP when i put it on a sheet?
Many thanks

First, did you truely create a reflected ceiling plan or did you just make a copy of the floor plan? The two may look the same initially but they are completely different!
All vies can have their title changed. Read how in your HELP.

Every time I create a floor plan, the Revit software automatically creates a RCP.
This is what I am referring to.
Like when I have a template or such, it says 1st Flr Plan in Floor plans, and has exactly the same title in the RCPs.
Actually what is frustrating is if I change the title of 1st Flr Plan in the RCP file, it will ALSO change the name in the Floor Plans file.

You are looking at two views of the same plan, not different plans.
Watch this to see how you create an RCP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bb755AykpHE

That video doesn't show how to create the RCP that is separate from the floor plan. He spends most of his time talking about the room tags and making a ceiling. That's not what I need. I need to know how to make a title in the category of ceiling plans that is different from the floor plan.

You do NOT create a reflected ceiling plan from a floor plan! As I said, the two are completely different.
Do as he shows, use the dropdown and pick which level you want the RCP created from.
