Hello,

I am trying to draw a sloped structural beam system. I have drawn it in the recent past, maybe 2 months ago. Now in the user interface I am not getting the right options. I cannot see the automatic beam system option. See attached image 2. That is the window that I am getting now when I go to the structural beam system drawing option. The image 1 shows the correct user interface but that is not showing up. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but this is getting vvery difficult. I tried autodesk help and it show the correct window and options. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

The youtube video does show the right screen with the correct options, but when I go to the structural beam sytem option it does not show me the right window. So I had to draw one sloping beam in plan and array it. I could not drawn it using the structural beam system.

If you listen to the video, he tells you right at the beginning "You can't use the beam system, you have to do them manually" ... drawing a flat beam, then dropping one end.
