I have an odd situation where I created a new floor plan where the detail level appears just like it would if it were course even though it is set to fine.  None of the wall layers are showing up so I can pull dimensions of of the stud face and all items are grey tone.   I've adjusted the cut plane to see if that made a difference but nothing changes.  Not sure what else to check at this point.

I found out the issue.  When the new floor plan was created is automatically placed in on the wrong phase.  Once I changed it to the new construction phase everything appeared as it should.
