I created a frame around a hole with sweep function. I wanted to array the component to every hole. After array, the components did not rotate and even broke apart.
Anyone can give me some solutions? Thanks!

An array will not work here because of how the original is created. It is defined by that window in that one location.
Your curved wall does present some problems. Usually, I would have created a face based family that might have an insertion point at the bottom corner of the window. Instead of a sweep in the family, I might have created this as a solid with voids to create the shape. The voids are easily described using the radius of your wall. Since this is a curved element, a sweep in a family is a little harder to do.
