WHEN I DIMENSION USING INDIVIDUAL RERERENCES WITH FACES OF CORE PICKED THE DIMENSIONS STILL SNAP TO WALL FACES. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM AND HOW IS IT REMEDIED.

If all the layers of your wall are defined as being in the core, then the wall face and face of core are the same. Do you have walls with a non-core layer? Also, if the non core layer is very thin as in 1/2" GWB, then it may look like the face of wall is what is being dimensioned to. To check, set view to larger scale, set view to medium or fine and turn on the thin lines mode. Zoom into dimension in question and take a look. HTH Tom

Have you tried hovering the cursor over the wall edge and pressing tab to cycle through the layers of your wall? And when you type, do you realise that the caps lock is on?
