Hi. I'm a Revit student and this is my first building.

I have a couple of walls that are behaving this way - the common thread is that they have all had their profile's edited to reach a roof on a higher level. Any thoughts please?

Check the materials.

Check if the wall has been painted a different material.

Check if wall has been joined to something else as it may be using the material finish of the joined object. Unjoin them.

Profile edit wouldn't be the reason for a material finish issue.

Thanks Smile

I couldn't see that any of those options were contributing, however, I have been able to paint over it which works out fine.

Appreciate your time.

Hi Camille89,

I didn't see a snippet or pic where you show what is happening.  Be sure to upload a pic of the issue you are having then outline the problem and be as specific as you can.  Big thing is I don't see a pic.  Hope this helps.  Daniel
