hey, im a new one

I have a question about T.O.F?

what is T.O.F refers to?  this Top of Fundation or Top ot Footing ?

I'll attach a photo for my situation.

In most cases, TOF can mean either Top of Footing or Foundation.

Although Footings are typically thought of as being for walls and Foundations are for elements like columns, they are more often as not at the same elevation.
