Anyone know how to correct this family issue?

It seems there are a lot of constraining issues with this family. Elements are aligned and locked to some references but not others so when the parameters are flexed only parts of the family updates. Also there appears to be parameters that serve no function. One such instance is the frame width and window width parameters. Frame width is not associated with the window frame at all but instead is being controlled by window width. My suggestion would be to delete most of the reference planes to easlit get rid of existing associations and then re create them and make sure to add the correct parameterss to the correct places. Then make sure all the elements (extrusions, sweeps, etc.) are constrained to the correct references.
