Hi!
I search to use a title block in my company that have many labels but only very few of them are editable. All of them have the usual ''?'' (only 3 of them are blue and editable) but when I click on them nothing happens.
I manage to make the ''?''s work but only in project environment BUT When I load the sheet family on a new project I see again no editable ''?''s and I must make one by one all of them working.
I really dont understand what happens and I cant make these changes in family environment in order to make the family work on every projekt i load it.
Is there anyone who could help me understand what I do wrong and what I must do in order to have a functional sheet in family but also in project environment?
Thank you.

If you are making a new parameter that is not already a system parameter then you must make a new shared parameter and then have that shared parameter referenced in the titleblock family by associating it to a family parameter as well as in the project by associating it to a project parameter.

Thank you very much!
I will be outside office for a month or so and I don't even have the file with me in order to respond what have I done so far.
However I remember that I import the new "title block" in a new project, I keep the last "functional" project open and then I import the "project parameters" from the old project to the new in order to make all the labels of the title block functional.
There is no way to make the last operation automatic?
Thank you again.

Ok.
Situation right now is the following.
A - I have a project file (A), there I have my title block with all the labels working 100%. (by working I mean have the editable blue ?).
B - And I have my original family file of this title block, there none of the labels is working (except for date, number of sheet, and two titles).
Now my only way to go round this problem is: 1. Start a new project
2. Insert the family of the title block (there almost none of the labels is working)
3. Open the project file (A) there I have my title block with all the labels working 100%.
4. On my new project go to ''manage'', ''transfer project standards'' and chosing the ''project
parameters'' to copy from the open (A) file.
- Now my title block in the new project works 100% (every label in the title block is blue ?).
Unfortunately I must do the same operation again and again for every file (new or old) that i import this title block for the first time.
Is there a way in order to fix or simplify the above operation?
Thank you.

Create a project template with the working titlesheets and the correct project parameters. Use that to start your projects.

Thank you. Its a working solution. The only ''problem'' I can think is: Old projects, there I must insert the new title block in order to make changes, or new projects there usually I start with an old one that has most or all of the components I need.
I had made one title block in the past and I have used that in my projects without problems but this new one that I have found is ''problematic''.
''Marmiketin1'' have also gave a more complicated solution earlier but my Revit knowledge is not so good. I still experiment with these things.
I try especially to understand why when I load to a project the original title block to a new project, there are three labels that they becomes blue and all the others are non editable. What different do have these three labels from all the rest? I havent find it yet.
