Hello,

I am using Revit's Asphalt shingle roofing as my roof finish. But in my roof plan it is all aligned in the horizontal direction, not parallel to the sloping surface. It should be horizontal or vertical depending on the sloping surface. How do I get the pattern to align with the roof slope surface correctly? See attached. Thank you in advance.

Is that a model pattern assigned to the material?

To rotate a model pattern in a view, you need a view that is parallel to it.

You're using drafting pattern. Use this one instead. Adjust scaling to about 80 or so.
