Hello,I just built a hanger family with three different tiers. I am having issues with the second and third tier reading the right offset. In the family editor, I have both tier dimensions going from the Ref. Level to the reference plane locked to the top of the strut. Although it's not reading the right values. Any ideas? See images attached. Thanks

You call these a hanger so are the hung from the bottom of the floor above or inserted on the floor below?

I have a dynamo that automatically places them at the bottom of conduit, stretches them, and cuts the rods at the right elevation. That's why the hanger is built below Ref. Level. I need help on hopefully coming up with a way to have tier 2 and tier 3 read the right elevations.

ngl, revit city is not the best
