Please help, I have an issue of Material Appearance, every time I click on Appearance tab and it takes a long wait to load it. It does not show the picture as it said, "Fail to preview current setting. Click of refresh the image". Do anyone know what it causes? Thank you very much.

Every material is based on a texture which is an image file like a JPG. This needs to be placed somewhere that Revit knows where it is. You need to remap the connection. You need to tell Revit where that image file is on your computer or server.

I have read through thread but I can't find simlar to my question that why I posted here. I have checked your link, they are not answer to my question. Everytime, I clicked on any image, tick, tab, etc which caused me to wait a bit long for next, when I tick in the box, it will take a long to be ready. Everytime I wait a bit longer and load or refresh to be ready evey I click on especial in material browser. It is in Revit 2019 version.
