Hello everyone its really urgent i've work on this file and i save it and day after that the file didn't open i try all my best but no hope
please help

You don't say what kind of system you are working on or if you are using worksharing. If you are saving over a network, it may be a network problem. Even if you are not and if you are using work sharing, you should have a central and local file. Are they both corrupt?
If you are not using work sharing and even if you are the only user, you are missing out on many of the advantages of Revit.
