Revit 2020
I am trying to make a generic annotation for our life safety plan that looks like the attached. We show how many people are likely to exit the door, the inches of width of the door provided, and the inches of door required. I have messed around with parameters but cant seem to get it right. Is it possible to make such a annotation where you can input the information for each door?

Your parameters need to be shared and in the family, instance based.
