If I want to make a simplified door schedule for a residential project where for example all interior flush doors that are 3-0 x 6-8 have a mark of R1, is there an easy way of getting the schedule to not show duplicates of the marks(types) Right now I am just having 1 door on the new construction phase and putting all duplicates on the existing phase and filtering the schedule with this, but this is a work-around and might be confusing for anyone else wanting to work on the project. Is there a common sense method?

If I am understanding this correctly you have several instances of doors that are all the same and you have a the Mark parameter filled with R1 for all the doors that are the same but you only want it too appear once in your schedule?

This can be done by making sure the Itemize every instance box in the Schedule Properties - Sorting/Grouping is unchecked.
